WRITE FOR ANIMATION
Animation never goes out of style, and the best animation can create timeless classics and huge hits.
For a writer the opportunities are limitless. But writing for animation also involves very specific skills. This workshop gives you the tools you need to develop those skills. YOU WILL LEARN:
FORMAT:
Two practical workshops over two weekends, with homework in between, aimed at screenwriters interested in writing animated TV series for a children's and family audience. The first Saturday and Sunday workshops, taught by Paul, will focus on writing animated family & children's films and TV series. The second Saturday and Sunday workshops, taught by Alizée, will focus on the animation industry and how writers can package and pitch their project. There will be opportunities to develop your own project throughout. The workshop is deliberately small to encourage participation and sharing work. |
