- set up and send you Zoom links for online meetings and start all consultancy meetings (on Zoom or in person) at the agreed time
- keep your project details strictly confidential
YOUR COMMITMENT TO US

- deliver the work you require feedback on by the deadline agreed with your consultant
- attend meetings on time (whether on Zoom or in person)
- give at least 48 hours’ notice in the event that you need to reschedule a consultancy session. If the notice period is less than 48 hours you will be charged for the session as though it had gone ahead
- follow our complaints procedure in the event that you are unhappy with any of our services
