Bullet-point Report

On feature-length scripts we offer two levels of report:  our Bullet-point Report and our Full Report.  The Bullet-point Report replicates the kind of coverage that a producer, studio or TV company would need;  it enables you to get immediate feedback in note form which will run to 2-3 pages.  We focus on the key steps you need to take to improve your script;  we also list what’s working so you know what to cut and what needs continued work.  You will be given the e-mail address of your script editor because we encourage writers to come back with any questions they have on the report.  Your Bullet-point Report will be sent to you within 14 days.

Prices:  £85 for up to a 120pp feature-length script.  For longer lengths please email us.

Full Report

A Euroscript Full Report will give you an extremely detailed analysis of your script, together with suggestions on how to improve the next draft.  Our Full Reports normally run to 6 or 7 pages and give scene to scene notes on the text, although the Full Report may be longer depending on what your script editor needs to say about your script.  Please tell us if you'd like a Synopsis included with your report (some people like them, others find them less necessary).

You will be given the e-mail address of your script editor and are encouraged to ask any questions you have on the report.  Winners of the Euroscript Screen Competition receive three Full Reports; click here to read an interview on how our editors work with you, the writer.  Your Full Report will be sent to you within 21 days.

Price:  £210 for up to a 120pp feature-length script.   For longer lengths please email us.

One-to-One Consultancy on 120pp

screenplay

Some writers like to receive their feedback in person.  For £160 (four hours at £40 per hour) your script editor will read your script (two hours) then meet you for two hours to give you notes and feedback.  Presently, we are able to offer this service in London, Scotland and LA.

Sit-com Report

We recognise that writing a sit-com is unlike writing a feature-film script or half-hour drama.  It takes a specialist reader to report back to you on how your sit-com is working.

Your report will be read by an experienced professional comedy writer with a broadcast track record.  The Sit-com Report usually runs to 4 or 5 pages although this may be more depending on what your script editor needs to say about your script.  This is a full report.  You will be given the e-mail address of your script editor and are encouraged to ask any questions you have about your report.

Price:  £85 for a full Sit-com Report.

Short filmscripts

If you have written a short filmscript, up to ten minutes in length, we can offer you a full report. You will receive detailed feedback and your script will be returned to you with annotations. You will be given suggestions on how to improve your work and will be given the e-mail address of your script editor should you have any questions about your report.

Price:  £45 for full report.

Other lengths, other languages

We offer script reports in languages other than English.  We also write reports on your treatments and series proposals.  For other lengths and languages e-mail here with details of your project.
