We have a four day cooling-off period after you make your booking during which we will give you a full refund less a 10% administration fee. We are sorry to have to charge this fee however we incur administration and Paypal costs processing your booking.
Thereafter, we regret we are unable to give you a refund.
Complaints Policy
We take grievances very seriously.
If you have a grievance about any of our services please write to Euroscript Ltd director Paul Bassett Davies at paul.bassettdavies@euroscript.co.uk whose role it is to follow up your complaint with the tutor or script editor concerned.
