We have a four day cooling-off period after you make your booking during which we will give you a full refund less a 10% administration fee. We are sorry to have to charge this fee however we incur administration and Paypal costs processing your booking.
Thereafter, we regret we are unable to give you a refund.
If you feel your circumstances are exceptional please contact the tutor concerned who may, at his or her own discretion, offer you a credit note against other of Euroscript’s services run by that individual tutor. |
